The long-awaited sales exhibition of Branislav Babić Kebra, which takes place at the most unusual spot in Cetinjska Street in Belgrade – in the ‘Tower’ of the former Bajloni brewery, is coming to an end.
The exhibition of digital drawings by the frontman of Obojeni program, which was installed as part of the recently concluded sixth Kontakt Conference, is open to visitors every day from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., ending on Thursday, 31 March.
For almost 10 years, Branislav Babić Kebra has been publishing drawings created in the simplest computer programme – ‘Paint’. Since he started keeping a kind of visual diary of an alternative vision of everyday life, in addition to the music of Obojeni program, the public has taken an interest in his drawings as well.
This is Kebra’s third exhibition of digital drawings in Belgrade, and the first after eight years. His drawings that have become an indispensable part of pop culture will be exhibited in several physical forms and formats.
Do not miss your chance to see this exhibition live, and you also have the opportunity to enrich your living space with authentic pop artifacts, because as Slobodan Tišma said about Kebra’s paintings: There is no good art without rock and roll.
