Obrad “Boba” Skrbic was born on October 5, 1963 in Novi Sad. He did his first job in the media at the beginning of 1989, on Radio Novi Sad, in the show “Pop Express”. Founder of the magazine “Hard Metal”, which is published by the “Dnevnik” Novi Sad . He conducts interviews with many world stars of hard rock and heavy metal music, writes reviews of numerous recordings and concerts that he tirelessly attends.

He edits an author’s music show of the same name as the magazine; as well as the author’s show “Top Plus”, (over 200 regular and 10 special editions).
(1993), launches a unique rock and roll festival event “Top Plus Concert of the Year”, ie. Later “NS Concert of the Year”, as it is called today.

From 1996 to the end of 1998, he was the deputy editor of the “Music Television of Serbia”, based in the Youth Center in Belgrade. He works on several radio stations in Novi Sad, exclusively author’s shows that promote rock’n’roll music and urban culture: “Jukebox” on In Radio, “Roxy” on the Radio Fair and the show of the same name on “Radio 021”.

2002. From 2002 to 2008, he edited and hosted the author’s show “Roxy” on TV “Apollo” (today “Novi Sad TV”), in which the topic is, of course, the regional and world rock scene, with reference to the phenomenon of rock and roll and urban culture.

From 2010 to 2012 on RTV – TVNS he edited and hosted the author’s show “Classic Rock”, and today on Radio Novi Sad he hosts the radio show of the same name, with a one-week, cult “Rendezvous with Music”, as well as a music show specializing in extreme music direction, adequate name – “Extreme Zone”.

2011. From 2011 to 2013, he was the Head of the Music Department of the Radio Television of Vojvodina.

2016. 2016-2017 is in the position of Production Manager of the music program of the Radio Television of Vojvodina.

2017-2019, director of the Student Cultural Center Novi Sad.
Since 2012 and for the next four years, he has been a member of the Organizing Committee for the implementation of the initiative to make Novi Sad the European Capital of Culture 2021. With his active and regular activities in this framework, he gives a certain contribution to obtaining the flattering recognition of Novi Sad, the title of European Capital of Culture 2021.
