Nikola Jovanović – Johnny is a concert promoter from Niš, president of the Rock N ‘Roller Promotion. He organized his first concert in 2002, and since then he has been successfully organizing concerts of mostly regional bands, as well as several foreign concerts.
From 2001 to 2009, he was the author and host of the show “Hard & Heavy” on local television “Art”. (352 editions and as many reruns)
At the end of 2001, together with his partner Duja, he started the underground fanzine “Hard & Heavy”, which went through five editions. In addition, during that period, he wrote several articles for the fanzine “Doomsday”.
He won the Balkanrock Award in 2012 for his contribution to the preservation and development of rock culture, as well as successful cooperation with the Balkanrock team.
He participated in the organization of the Nis Nisville Jazz Festival in 2018 as a stage manager.
He is the owner of one of the largest collections of rock and roll video concerts in the country, and the collection has almost 4,000 titles. He has visited countless domestic and foreign concerts in the country and the surrounding area. It works with most relevant promoters and agencies in the country and the region.
